Brooklyn Teen Arrested In Central Park Sexual Assault

A Brooklyn teen was arrested Monday night in the sexual assault of a woman in Central Park – and detectives continued to hunt for his two accomplices, police said.
Robert Gonzalez, 18, of Cypress Hills, surrendered to the NYPD’s special victims unit yesterday while Shawn Martinez and Kelvin Dalrymple, both 18, remained on the lam.
Cops were aided in their search when clear footage of the suspects was captured on a surveillance camera at a drugstore near the scene of the attack Sunday morning.
Police said the trio met the 23-year-old victim while she was waiting for a crosstown bus at E. 86th St. and offered to take her on a marijuana-fueled walk through the park around 3:30 a.m.
