A 3-month-old baby fell from her second-story window at the Edenwald Houses in The Bronx –and survived.

WABC-TV New York reports that the baby fell on an air conditioning unit on the first floor. She is being treated at a local hospital for what have been reported as non-fatal injuries.

Police say that the baby and her 9-year-old brother were left alone in the apartment where the incident took place. They are investigating whether or not the brother threw her out of the window.
