New Haven — Earlier this week, Bill Cosby took his message of tough love on education to another Black community in New Haven, Connecticut.
He told everyone: “I want you all to understand the value of your children,” Cosby told a crowd of parents, “Find out how your child is doing in school, who your child is playing with.”
