Cain Sexual Harassment Accuser Barred From Telling Her Story
One of the women who accused Republican presidential nominee Herman Cain of sexually inappropriate behavior wants to tell her side of the story but is prohibited because of a confidentiality agreement her lawyer said Tuesday.

“It is just frustrating that Herman Cain is going around bad-mouthing the two complainants, and my client is blocked by a confidentiality agreement,” lawyer Joel P. Bennett said.
Allegations that Cain sexually harassed two women in the 1990s while serving as the head of the National Restaurant Association broke Sunday. Cain has since denied the allegations calling them “totally baseless and totally false.”
The association, which Cain headed from 1996 to 1999, has remained mum since the story broke in Politico on Sunday evening, citing a long-standing policy not to comment on personnel issues.
