In the fortnight since Michael Jackson’s unexpected death at age 50, his parents’ home has become something of a shrine to the celebrated king of pop. Thousands of mourners linger outside the iron wrought gates of the Encino, CA estate.
They line the brick walls with mementos of grief and gratitude to the star whose life, though very public, remained an enigma to many.
