Cathy Hughes Honored With Dishtinguished Civil Rights Award
BALTIMORE, MD–Radio One Founder & Chairperson of the Board, Cathy Hughes, received the Distinguished Civil Rights Advocate Award Wednesday night in Baltimore.
The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law in conjuction with the National Bar Association awarded Ms. Hughes, who spoke of her commitment to helping the organization safegaurd the right to vote.
