New Anti-Abortion Billboards Hit Black Communities In Chicago
CHICAGO — Anti-abortion billboard organization Life Always have installed their most recent questionable display in Black communities in Chicago. The latest billboards show an image of Barack Obama next to the words, “Every 21 minutes, our next possible leader is aborted.”

“The sponsors of these billboards are using race as a wedge issue to deny women the ability to make important personal medical decisions,” adds Carole Brite, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Illinois. “…These billboards are offensive and disturbing. This is harmful to women in every community who need quality, affordable health care.”
The display is the first of 30 planned billboards. The same organization was responsible for the controversial billboards in New York City that had the message: “The most dangerous place for an African-American woman is in the womb.”
