Sniper Ambushes Oakland Police At Traffic Stop

Oakland Police were surprised by sniper shots coming from a high-rise building on Seventh Street in Oakland, during a traffic stop.
It happened Sunday night after police pulled over a car on 8th Street. No one was hit.
