Seattle Police Release Video Of Police Killing Of Deaf Native American

Seattle Police have released footage of the killing of a deaf Native American woodcarver who was carrying a knife. Officer Ian Burk killed Native American woodcarver, John T. Williams who was carrying a small knife used for woodcarving. While officer Burk did ask Williams to drop his knife, Williams was deaf in one ear according to his family.

While the actual killing does not occur on tape, you can hear the shots and confrontaion of the incident through the dashboard camera.
