Missing S.C. Boy Found Dead In Cement Filled Trash Can

Authorities have found the body of 2-year-old Rodricus Fred Williams in a trash can in rural Orangeburg County, sources say.
Authorities searching for the boy since he was first reported to have fallen through a railing at The Battery Tuesday night found him several miles away in a cement-filled trash can behind an abandoned mobile home off of Exit 165 of Interstate 26 this afternoon.
