Michael Jackson’s legacy truly lives on, a year after his passing. It was apparent outside the historic Apollo Theater, where many fans came to pay homage to the fallen superstar.
Many came dressed in Michael Jackson inspired outfits, others brought cards and flowers, to contribute to the make-shift memorial on the gates of the Apollo. The feeling of unity was overwhelming, once a Michael Jackson song was played from loud speakers, all would join in singing, dancing, and celebration of life and legacy. Last years loss of the “King of Pop” gave birth to a day that will always be in the hearts of all who adored him.
