The One Story Video: The Plight Of Black Immigrants In America
The One Story highlights the unfortunate intersection of America’s broken immigration system and the country’s notorious criminal justice system by speaking with activists from the Black Alliance for Just Immigration; hearing from a young man facing deportation because he was born in Senegal but came to the U.S. with his family at the age of three; and discussing mass incarceration and the big business of rounding up and detaining undocumented immigrants.
This is the story of the plight of Black immigrants in America.
