Kristoff St. John, star of the popular soap opera, “Young & the Restless” died a week ago at the age of 52. Afterward, his ex-wife, Mia St. John, was reportedly held in a mental health facility against her own will. She is now speaking out.

“I’m out of the hospital. I’m sorry if I scared anyone,” Mia wrote on Instagram. “Let’s plz focus on the wellness of his precious girls Lola & Paris They love their father so much, the beautiful, loving, funny soul that he was/is 💚#MentalHealth is all we have, nothing else is as important.” Lola and Paris are his his daughters. She wrote two disturbing tweets on Friday, including, one that read, “I’m being held against my will & I’m not Yet, the hospital @kristoffstjohn1 was in KNEW he was suicidal & let him go! The one my son @Julian4Justice was in neglected him & falsified records REFORM NOW,” She continued, “When I get out, I promise JUSTICE 4 my beautiful boys!”

Another tweet stated, “They’re trying to send me back to the mental asylum to kill my whole family I just lost my beautiful boys. Is there no compassion anymore?”

Kristoff St. John, the Emmy and NAACP Image Award winner, had reportedly been struggling with mental health issues since his son, Julian, committed suicide in 2014. His son was only 25 years old.

“In 2017, around the anniversary of Julian’s suicide, Kristoff threatened to kill himself with a gun,” TMZ reported on Feb. 4. “Cops placed him under a 72-hour hold for psychiatric evaluation.”

On Sunday, Kristoff’s fiancée, Kseniya Mikhaleva, broke her silence on Instagram.

“You were the light for me and for many people, you were the kindest person I’ve ever met,” she wrote. “You were a talented actor, a loving father, and a friend with a golden heart. Your soul and spirit always with me. I wish I could have been there to let you know how much you mean to me.You are deep in my heart. Im (sic) praying for your family. Rest in paradise.” See below:
