Lil Eazy-E Says Failing To Disclose HIV-Positive Status Is A Felony
Lil Eazy-E Says Failing To Disclose HIV-Positive Status Should Remain A Felony
Lil Eazy-E, son of the late-Eazy-E, claims to be an activist for HIV, yet supports harsh punishment when it comes to HIV-positive sex-partners failing to disclose their status, he tells TMZ.
He says California lawmakers should not lower the penalty for people who knowingly expose a sex partner to HIV, the report says. In his estimation, knowingly exposing a partner is the same as handing them a death sentence and should be treated as a felony, not a misdemeanor.
He cites a preposterous hypothetical example of a woman possibly wanting to mess “the whole football team up” by knowingly infecting them. He also believes we can’t allow a “down low man” to go around “poking at these beautiful women” unprotected. You can watch the full video below.
And this is coming from an HIV activist? A true advocate would know that an HIV-positive status is no longer a death sentence, thanks to medical breakthroughs and research.
Eazy-E, a member of the seminal rap group NWA, died in 1995 of complications from AIDS.
