Tichina Arnold hosts the 2015 Triumph Awards, airing Saturday, October 3rd on TV One.
“I just love the fact that the awards acknowledge people that are not just in front of the camera. We had a good time, I pulled my hamstring two days before the performance. I was thinking I was cute and thought I was back in the 90’s and I had to remind myself that I wasn’t 25 anymore,” Arnold said.
