Al Sharpton announced a national march in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, Dec. 13 to ask the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate the Eric Garner, Mike Brown and Tamir Rice cases. Garner’s widow, Esaw said she did not accept officer Daniel Pantaleo’s condolences in the death of her husband.

Al Sharpton, Eric Garner’s mother Gwen Carr and his widow Esaw Garner will address the media at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT at National Action Network (NAN) headquarters in Harlem regarding the decision by a Staten Island grand jury to not indict police officer Daniel Pantaleo in Garner’s chokehold death.
