Florida-bred singer T-Pain has branded himself in the music industry as the Auto-Tune king. In a recent performance on NPR, he proved that using it has been a matter of choice, and not necessity. “People felt like I was using it to sound good,” said T-Pain during the interview. “But I was just using it to sound different.” He just simply wanted to stand out from other artists, he added.
