Charles Rangel is in the most challenging reelection campaign of his career as he faces off against three young Democrats during today’s primary, including one that almost beat him two yeas ago. But the veteran politician feel optimistic and wants to assure voters that a vote for him will be a vote for pushing the future of their district forward.
