Has this ever happened to you: You’re out and about and come across a young person or a group of young people misbehaving? What do you do? Do you step in and correct them? If not, why? Well, the NewsOne team hit the streets of Harlem to talk to everyday people about their experiences with this phenomenon and tried to brainstorm ways that the community can begin bridging the generation gap.
