The Trouble With Taping Phone Calls
Many issues have been discussed after tapes allegedly of Clippers owner Donald Sterling making racist remarks surfaced. Naturally, many are concerned with the content of the recordings but there’s an important question that few have addressed: were the recordings even legal?

Be sure to listen to “NewsOne Now” with Roland Martin, weekdays at 7 a.m. EST and watch at 9 a.m. EST on TV One.
