‘Happy Wives Club’ Author Shares Secret To Happy Marriage
“Happy Wives Club” author Fawn Weaver gives everyone the secret to a happy marriage: mutual respect. In her new book, she interviewed couples across the world who have been married for 25 years and more, and respect was the common factor. Weave states career women were the happiest because they had more things to handle outside of the households. She also believes that we should let old gender roles go and have conversations that are more effective than nagging.
“Every issue affects a happy marriage if you do no intend going in to it that your marriage will be happy,” said Weaver, “so everyday you have to make a decision that no matter what comes your way, you will be a united front against it rather than against one another.”
