'Scandal' Actor Joe Morton On Fan Reactions
Have Fans Embraced Joe Morton on ‘Scandal’?
Joe Morton, who plays Olivia Pope’s father on the ABC hit show “Scandal,” spoke with Roland Martin on NewsOne Now on the reception he has gotten from the show’s fans. Considering his character’s villainous ways, it’s no wonder he might have been a little worried.
“The responses I’ve been getting on Twitter have been just wonderful,” Morton shared. “At first I was kind of trepidatious about using Twitter. I wasn’t sure, one, that I would be able to do it, and, two, I wasn’t sure what the response was going to be to the character and to me.”
