Wendy Williams, Suzanne DePasse Team Up on Multi-Picture Venture
Talk show diva Wendy Williams (pictured left) and businesswoman extraordinaire Suzanne de Passe (pictured right) have joined forces to present new television and film ventures that will target a multicultural audience. The female dynamos’ first production alliance will be a VH1 adaptation of a Star Jones novel, according to P.R. Newswire.

The projects involving Williams, de Passe and Madison Jones, will be packaged under the banner “Wendy Williams Presents.”
Working as a producer for eons, de Passe began her long-established career working for Motown icon Berry Gordy as his creative assistant. She is credited for bringing the Jackson 5 to Gordy’s attention. After leaving Motown, de Passe formed her own company back in 1992 and has produced countless cable, network, specials and award shows throughout the years. The woman who has generated over a billion dollars in entertainment revenue has also been the recipient of numerous awards for her contributions to the industry.
Jones’ credits include founding Revenger Comics and Revenger Studios, and executive producing President Obama’s Commander-in-Chief Inaugural Ball.
