Former NY Governor David Patterson Launching Radio Show
Former New York governor David Patterson is hitting the airwaves with his own prime-time morning talk radio show covering politics and other issues on WOR.
The legally blind first Black governor of New York, Patterson grew up with the radio because of his visual impairment.
In addition to the radio gig, Patterson will also continue teaching his “Art of Government” course at New York University, a source told the New York Post.
New York’s only African-American governor, Paterson often appeared as a guest on John Gambling’s WOR morning show, and has guest-hosted for Gambling since leaving office on Jan. 1st.
