The Fiscal Policy Institute recently came out with a report detailing estimated percentages of the Black male unemployment crisis in different neighborhoods of New York City.
Just last month, billionaires George Soros and Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced a plan to help assist minority men; and cut down on some of the factors that result in higher rates of poverty, incarceration, and unemployment among them.
