Many undocumented young men and women who are attending schools in the United States are hoping that the DREAM Act will pass after President Obama brought the conversation back to the forefront in a speech.
This law would allow children who have lived in the country since they were children for five continuous years, have a clean record,
The DREAM Act would allow students who have lived in the U.S. since they were children for five continuous years, have a clean criminal record, graduated from high school, and have completed two years of college or military service to become permanent residents.
