Fox News Anchor: “Osama Killing Was Illegal”
NEW YORK — While a majority of Americans approve of President Obama ‘s decision to kill Osama Bin Laden, a bunch of pundits, journalists, and politicians are coming out like Fox News’ Shep Smith saying the Bin Laden killing was illegal.
Smith is not the only anchor saying that the killing was illegal on Fox News. Anchor Andrew Napolitano explicitly called the killing illegal on his Monday show, saying it violated the Constitution and several treaties.
