Non-Arabic Speaking, Black Africans Face Genocide In Libya
Libya– Dark-skinned, non-Arabic speaking Africans say they are facing hostility and must flee Libya because they have been branded Muammar Gaddafi supporters. African mercenaries from outlying countries are being used to stop protests, prompting Libyan suspicion of foreigners. Thousands of Nigerians and Kenyans have fled the country, and many more are expected to flee in coming days.

“We were being attacked by local people who said that we were mercenaries killing people. Let me say that they did not want to see black people,” Julius Kiluu, a 60-year-old building
supervisor who arrived back in Nairobi, told Reuters.
“We are all slaves in the hands of the government over there,” said one returnee, James Ugochuku.
“Nigerians are hiding inside the bush. They don’t eat, they die because if they come out, they kill them.”
