Should Employers Be Allowed To Ask For Your Facebook Login?
A Maryland man went on a job interview and was asked to provide the Department of Corrections with his social media account passwords.

The Maryland Department of Corrections requires new applicants and those applying for recertifications to provide “their social media account usernames and personal passwords for use in employee background checks.”
The American Civil Liberties Union has come to the defense of this man.
